External libraries
Libraries are bundled at build time and the bundles are committed: a site never runs npm or loads from a CDN, and build tools never ship. Versions and licenses: the plugin's THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.

Backend editor (assets/dist/)
React, TipTap with ProseMirror, and lucide-react. larajax is not bundled: the editor uses the classes the October backend exposes on window.oc.
External services
The browser never contacts third parties directly:
